The method

Five steps a buyer passes through before they choose you.

1Found. Can an assistant reach and read your pages at all.
2Seen. How often you appear when a buyer asks, across the assistants.
3Trusted. Whether what they say about you is accurate.
4Chosen. Whether you are the recommendation, not just a name in the list.
5Bought. Whether the answer gives a buyer somewhere to go next.

Every figure drawn from answers traces back to an answer you can open and read. Where a figure is unavailable, it says so rather than showing a zero.
